Since its foundation in 2018, BeFojji Organisation Trust has stood as a powerful force of inspiration, discipline, and service in Gujarat. With a deep commitment to shaping the next generation of youth for India’s Armed Forces, Police, and Fire Services, BeFojji has become one of the most respected and trusted names in free pre-recruitment physical training and defence awareness.

Over the years, more than 150 cadets trained under BeFojji have successfully Passed Physical Training the Indian Armed Forces, Gujarat Police, and Fire Department and Many of them are now proudly serving the nation in uniform, dedicating their lives to the service and safety of India. — a record that speaks for itself. What began as a small initiative by a few dedicated patriots has today transformed into a structured and result-oriented Armed Forces Pre-Recruitment Training Academy, offering young aspirants both guidance and grit.

The Vision Behind BeFojji

The driving force behind BeFojji is the belief that every youth who dreams of wearing the uniform should have the opportunity to prepare — irrespective of financial background.

Founded by Mr. Arpit Prajapati along with Mr. Zeel Variyava and Mr. Madhav Sinh Zala, the BeFojji Organisation Trust was created to spread Defence Service Awareness among India’s youth. The founders recognized that while thousands dream of joining the Army, Navy, Air Force, or State Security Forces, many lack access to structured physical training, discipline, and motivation.

BeFojji filled that gap — and did it for free.

The Trust’s mission is simple yet powerful:

“To awaken the soldier within every youth and build a nation of disciplined, responsible citizens ready to serve.”

Journey of the Academy: From a Vision to a Movement

When BeFojji began in 2018 in Surat, the idea was modest — a small group of volunteers conducting early morning drills for defence aspirants. But the response was overwhelming. Youngsters from different backgrounds came forward, driven by a shared dream of serving the nation.

Gradually, the initiative expanded into a fully structured Pre-Recruitment Training Academy. Today, the BeFojji Armed Forces Training Academy runs systematic sessions on physical training, endurance building, discipline, and personality development, preparing youth to crack recruitment exams and physical tests for various uniformed services.

From open fields to proper grounds, from small batches to organized divisions — BeFojji has grown into a movement of youth empowerment and patriotic training.

Free Training Philosophy: Service Before Self

One of the strongest pillars of BeFojji’s philosophy is that no student should be left behind because of money.

That’s why all defence and police training programs are completely free of cost.

Volunteers, ex-servicemen, and trainers contribute their time and expertise selflessly. The organization arranges physical fitness drills, obstacle courses, and guidance sessions using locally available resources. BeFojji believes in the core Indian Army value — “Seva Parmo Dharma” (Service is the Highest Duty) — and lives it every day.

Training Structure and Activities

The BeFojji Academy follows a systematic training curriculum that focuses on developing the body, mind, and character of every cadet. The sessions are designed to mirror the discipline and rigor of actual armed forces training, ensuring that candidates are physically fit, mentally strong, and emotionally prepared.

1. Physical Fitness Training

The foundation of defence preparation is physical fitness. Daily ground training includes:

  • Running (1.6 km – 5 km endurance runs)
  • Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and burpees
  • Long jump, high jump, and rope climbing
  • Obstacle courses and coordination drills
  • Special boot camps for stamina and flexibility

2. Parade and Drill Practice

Cadets learn basic and advanced marching drills, squad movements, and command discipline, instilling confidence and teamwork.

3. Defence Awareness Sessions

Knowledge is equally vital. BeFojji organizes workshops on:

  • Different branches of the Armed Forces
  • Recruitment processes (Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Fire)
  • Written exam preparation guidance
  • Defence lifestyle and values

4. First Aid and Fire Safety

Special sessions on first aid, emergency response, and fire safety training are conducted under Mission Nirdesh (a BeFojji initiative in schools). These prepare cadets to act responsibly in real-life emergencies.

5. Personality and Leadership Development

Through group discussions, motivational sessions, and community work, cadets are encouraged to lead by example — developing leadership qualities, discipline, and patriotism.

6. Adventure and Expedition Training

Under the Fojji Safari program, BeFojji organizes trekking, camping, and survival expeditions. These activities build teamwork, endurance, and mental strength — qualities every soldier must have.

Achievements: Pride of BeFojji

As of 2025, BeFojji proudly records:

  • 150+ cadets Passed PST in Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, CRPF, BSF, ITBP, Gujarat Police, and Fire Services
  • 1,000+ youth trained and inspired through free defence awareness programs
  • 10+ schools reached under Mission Nirdesh
  • Countless awareness rallies, workshops, and ground events promoting discipline, fitness, and patriotism

Each selection is celebrated as a victory of teamwork — a reflection of the dedication of trainers and the perseverance of the cadets.

Ground Facilities and Training Environment

BeFojji has developed open training grounds equipped for full physical sessions. The academy’s environment mirrors that of a military drill field — early morning parades, uniform discipline, and synchronized exercises.

Grounds are allocated based on participation, with facilities gradually upgraded through community support and donations. The organization continues to expand infrastructure to reach more youth across Gujarat.

Instructors and Mentors

BeFojji’s greatest strength lies in its mentors — a mix of ex-servicemen, police officers, NCC instructors, and dedicated volunteers who serve as trainers. Their real-life experience provides aspirants with first-hand insight into military life and expectations.

Mentors also conduct motivational talks and mentorship sessions, guiding students on not just physical preparation but also mental resilience, discipline, and personal conduct.

Mission Nirdesh – Preparing Students from School Level

In 2023, BeFojji launched a flagship educational initiative called Mission Nirdesh.

This program introduces Defence Awareness Training in schools through a structured curriculum that includes:

  • Marching and drill practice
  • Physical fitness and sports
  • First aid and fire safety
  • National symbols and Defence career guidance
  • Discipline, teamwork, and leadership

Mission Nirdesh aims to create a pipeline of motivated, disciplined young citizens from school age — nurturing the next generation of defence aspirants.

Real-Life Success Stories

Behind every BeFojji batch lies a story of transformation. Many cadets came from humble backgrounds — sons of farmers, laborers, small shopkeepers — who once doubted their chances of joining uniformed services.

Through BeFojji’s structured training and continuous motivation, they turned dreams into reality. Some now serve proudly in the Indian Army, others in Gujarat Police or Fire Services, inspiring more youth from their villages to follow the same path.

The sense of brotherhood that forms on the BeFojji ground continues beyond training. Cadets who have been selected often return to the ground during leave periods to share experiences, motivate juniors, and assist trainers.

Community Impact and Social Awareness

BeFojji isn’t just about defence training; it’s about building responsible citizens.

The organization regularly conducts:

  • Cleanliness drives and social awareness events
  • Blood donation camps
  • Cycling rallies for Fit India Movement
  • Patriotic parades and Republic/Independence Day celebrations

These activities remind every participant that discipline and service extend beyond uniforms — they are values for life.

Future Goals

BeFojji Organisation Trust envisions establishing a full-fledged Defence Training Campus equipped with:

  • Indoor classroom training halls
  • NCC-style barracks and hostel accommodation
  • Library and resource center for written exam preparation

The goal is to create a self-sustaining model that can train thousands of youth annually, strengthening India’s defence readiness at the grassroots level.

Message from the Founders

“When we started BeFojji, our dream was not just to train candidates for defence jobs — it was to build soldiers of society. We believe that discipline, service, and unity can make any youth a true Fojji at heart.”
Mr. Arpit Prajapati (Founder, BeFojji Organisation Trust)

“Our success is measured not just in selections but in the transformation of ordinary youth into disciplined citizens who carry the spirit of patriotism wherever they go.”
Mr. Zeel Variyava (Co-Founder)

Conclusion: A March Towards a Stronger Nation

Since 2018, BeFojji has been quietly building India’s strength — one cadet at a time.
From free ground training to school-level awareness, the organization has dedicated itself to nurturing the next generation of defenders of the nation.

The results speak for themselves: Many success stories and countless inspired youths walking the path of discipline, courage, and nationhood.

BeFojji is more than an academy — it is a family, a mission, and a movement that embodies the true spirit of the Indian soldier:

“Train Hard. Serve Bold. Live as a Fojji.”
